EventHub

Terms of Service

Effective date: 12 October 2026

1. Using EventHub

EventHub is operated by Shivam and provides event discovery, registration, ticketing, and attendance management. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the event-specific conditions presented when you register. Contact chieftainofthedunedain.bgp@gmail.com with questions.

2. Accounts and permissions

Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Google sign-in and other authentication methods are provided through Clerk. Signing in does not automatically grant administrator, organizer, or scanner access. Staff permissions and event assignments are controlled by authorized administrators. Do not share accounts or use another person’s credentials.

3. Events and registration

Review the event’s dates, location, eligibility, availability, pricing, registration requirements, and organizer contact details before registering. Organizers are responsible for the events they publish and their event-specific conditions. Event information may change; contact the organizer for questions about an event or its delivery.

4. Tickets, payments, and entry

Paid tickets depend on successful payment confirmation. Payment processing is handled by the configured payment provider. Keep ticket links and QR codes private: they are used to validate entry. Tickets may be subject to capacity, time-slot, identity, or other entry rules. Transfers are valid only when supported and completed through the application or authorized by the organizer. A ticket does not permit repeated entry where the event’s rules prohibit it.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Event-specific cancellation and refund terms apply alongside applicable consumer rights. Contact the organizer or EventHub support for payment problems or refund requests. See the Refund Policy for the request process. No universal refund entitlement or processing deadline is promised by these terms.

6. Acceptable use and submitted content

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, forge tickets, attempt unauthorized scans, upload harmful material, or submit content you do not have permission to use. When you submit event information or other content, you permit EventHub to store and display it as needed to provide the requested features. You remain responsible for your content.

7. Availability and account restrictions

Service interruptions, provider outages, maintenance, and network limitations can affect availability. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. Contact support if you believe access has been restricted incorrectly. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes, with the current effective date shown above. Review them before future registrations. For support, contact chieftainofthedunedain.bgp@gmail.com.
