EventHub
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026
1. About EventHub
EventHub at https://eventhub.justshivamm.in is an event registration, ticketing, and check-in application operated by Shivam. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse events, sign in, register, purchase tickets, or use staff features. For privacy questions, contact chieftainofthedunedain.bgp@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your authentication provider identifier, name, email address, profile image when available, staff role, and event assignments.
- Registration information: attendee name, email, phone number when supplied, ticket selections, and answers to an event’s registration form. The information requested may differ by event.
- Ticket and payment records: ticket identifiers, order and payment references, amounts, payment status, discounts, transfers, cancellations, and refunds. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider; EventHub’s application records store transaction references rather than card details.
- Attendance and activity: check-in times, ticket scans, staff activity, delivery status, and operational records. Security or audit records may include IP addresses and browser information.
- Information you submit: reviews, support messages, and files or event content uploaded through the application.
3. Google sign-in and Google user data
When you choose Continue with Google, Clerk handles authentication using Google’s basic identity scopes: openid, email, and profile. We receive identity information such as your Google-linked account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when available. We use it to create or recognize your EventHub account, authenticate you, and associate your account with tickets or permitted staff functions.
EventHub’s sign-in integration does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar. Google identity information is not used for advertising, sold to data brokers, or used to train AI models. EventHub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke EventHub’s Google connection through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking that connection does not itself delete previously stored EventHub registration or transaction records; contact us to request deletion.
4. Why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; manage permissions; register attendees; issue and deliver tickets and certificates; process and reconcile payments; support refunds and transfers; validate entry; send event-related notices; provide attendance and sales reports; respond to requests; and investigate errors, fraud, or misuse.
5. Service providers and event organizers
Information is processed by services used to operate EventHub, including Clerk for authentication, Vercel for hosting, the configured database and storage providers, Razorpay for payments, and configured email delivery and security services. These services may process information in countries other than your own and under their own privacy policies.
Authorized administrators, organizers, and check-in staff can access information needed for their assigned functions, such as attendee lists, ticket status, and attendance reports. Event organizers may also have their own privacy notices for an event. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the service and its users.
6. Cookies and browser storage
EventHub and its authentication provider use cookies or similar storage to maintain sign-in sessions and support security. Browser storage may also hold event selections and, on staff devices, pending offline check-in records until synchronization. Blocking required storage can prevent sign-in or other features from working. Shared devices should be signed out after use.
7. Retention and security
We retain account, event, and transaction information as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention can differ by record and provider; payment or audit records may need to remain after an account is removed. EventHub uses access controls and secure connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern, email chieftainofthedunedain.bgp@gmail.com using the address associated with your account or ticket. We may ask for information to verify your identity. We will assess requests under applicable requirements and explain any records that must be retained. For event-specific registration details, you may also contact the organizer listed on the event.
9. Children and policy updates
EventHub is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us. Event-specific age requirements may also apply. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
