EventHub
Refund Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026
1. Event-specific conditions
Refund eligibility depends on the event’s published conditions, the reason for the request, and applicable consumer rights. Check the event details before purchasing. This page does not establish a universal non-refundable policy or override rights under applicable law.
2. Requesting a refund
Contact the organizer listed on the event or email chieftainofthedunedain.bgp@gmail.com. Include your ticket or order identifier, registration email, event name, and reason for the request. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or payment security codes. A request is not automatically approved.
3. Cancellations, changes, and payment issues
If an event is cancelled or materially changed, contact the organizer to confirm available options. Report duplicate charges or payments without a confirmed ticket to support so transaction records can be checked. Eligibility and any deduction must be explained for the particular event and remain subject to applicable requirements.
4. Processing an approved refund
Approved refunds are initiated through the payment provider for the relevant transaction. Settlement and the time for funds to appear depend on the provider and your bank; request the transaction’s expected timeline from support. Ticket cancellation and payment refund are separate operations, so a cancelled ticket alone does not confirm that money has been refunded.
